BUCKS TOP DES MOINES 1-0 IN CONFERENCE SEMIFINAL
Berkley's Hurley Field To Host Final Tonight

The Mid Michigan Bucks (15-3-1) minor league soccer team won an exciting 1-0 match last night against the Des Moines Menace, advancing to the Central Conference Championship match tonight against the Chicago Fire Reserves (16-2-1) at 7:30pm. The Premier Development League (PDL)game will be played at Hurley Field in Berkley, Michigan.

Mychal Turpin scored the game's only goal at the 10 minute mark, off a nice feed from Jason Perry and goalkeeper Jeff Wiese kept the Menace off the board, including a dramatic save of a Thomas Boltnar penalty kick, in stoppage, time to seal the victory.

Tickets will be available at the gate tonight for $10 ($5 for those under 19 years old). The Fire Reserves advanced with a shocking 8-0 victory over the Indiana Invaders in the other Central Conference Semifinal, setting up a rematch of the 2000 PDL Championship match (won by Chicago 1-0).
